Objective directions.

As other enumerations present in the hexaly.optimizer module, HxObjectiveDirection is enumerable and indexable:

print (HxObjectiveDirection[0])               # Shows HxObjectiveDirection.MINIMIZE
print (HxObjectiveDirection.MINIMIZE.value)   # Shows 0
