Release notes

• Adds model and solution fingerprints to verbosity 2. Two models share the same fingerprint if they are identical. Likewise, two initial solutions share the same fingerprint if they are identical. These fingerprints can be used to verify that different runs are executed on the same model and with the same initial solution.
